October 2, 2010

I had no time yesterday to enter anything here. During my exercises I experienced some chest pain again. Later in the day I talked to Julie, she convinced me to go to the ER because there were too many facts that led her to this conclusion. Turned out fine. TG

Today we have ballet, then I'm going somewhere in this state to find some shoes for K. Once again she has "outgrown all of her shoes." I see why they built the Mall of America here in MN, there isn't anywhere else to shop. I think when you have to drive 25 miles just for a decent shoe store it's a bit ridiculous.

September 30 2010

This is a pic I took when we lived in Hyrum, Ut. There is where I used to ride my bike more than I do here in Hastings, MN. I have always disliked riding up hills, having started riding my bike back in IL where I was born and raised, raised my girls then started this ridiculous chapter of my life of moving every few years.

So I guess I've started a blog. Sure wish I would have started one many years ago. I feel as though I have had more adventures in my life than many. As always where do I begin?

Today....... Started the day about 7:30 AM. I heard the door close when little Kirsten left for school. Kirsten or Summer as she likes to be called, leaves the house at 7:08 for the school bus. She is in 7th grade, a somewhat difficult child, but is proving to turn out as a thoughtful, kindhearted little young pre teen.

Usually I get a skype call from my youngest daughter, Jackie early in the morning as a wake up call. We chat and I get to view little Holden the darling now 6mos. old grandson. We have done this just about every day since his birth. Today, he & she both slept in till 9 didn't call till after I sent a few txts, to her cell phone. Today's big event at their home in Highland, IN is going to be. "Let's start Holden on solids/table scraps/chicken livers as his first food. We cheated a few weeks ago and tried him on a few Cheerio's when I was there visiting for his baptism.
